Setting account page templates

The account page can have a menu on the left side of the page, that helps the user navigate through his account settings easier. To achieve this, you need to assign the Woocommerce account templateto the page that you use as account page. To do that, edit that page and from the Page Attributesmetabox under the Updatebutton, set the aforementioned template. Woocommerce

Once the proper template has been set up for your account page, as of Woocommerce v2.6, a menu created by woocommerce will be set as a side menu pointing to the default account pages.

Once the proper template has been set up for your account page, for versions of the plugin that are older than Woocommerce v2.6, the user needs to create a menu and set it as Account Navigation from Appearance->Widgets.
